Adriana Lourinho and Igor Inácio have been making electronic music in Portimão for fifteen years and you can almost hear their friendship in the records. Their sound is built through jam sessions with synths and drum machines, with the best takes edited and saved for release. Ah, and no overdubs, which is quite amazing.
The result is an acid-leaning house / techno hybrid with an attitude. Menacing 303 lines and ethereal melodies stacked over sharp percussion, some of which JD Twitch or Daniel Avery have been supporting for years. Their label Human Interface Lab is where most of it lands now.
