Welcome to the Back Stage. An area for those who seek a different experience and sounds that delve outside of our usual space. Some of these artists have been part of our nation’s electronic memory, others are creating new places in the scene. Friends, old companions and a few beautiful troublemakers who know that a festival also lives in the backstage with crews mingling and getting closer.

On Thursday, music will be presented by Alex FX, Ana Pacheco b2b Mingote, Dust Devices LIVE, DJ Lynce, Nuno Forte b2b Tilinhos, Rita Maomenos and RHR. Breaks, jungle, bass, electro and experimental techno.

Twenty years of NEOPOP, also means honouring the national talent who built up this scene from the ground up. They’re as important as the biggest names.
The Back Stage area is not an afterthought, it is a decidedly novel take on our festival, an area where unexpected elements collide and spark. Another reminder why the ANTIPOP ethos still makes sense.
