Viktor Flores has spent thirty years choosing every record on his collection because being a selector is everything. His roots are Basic Channel, early Kompakt and the dub techno world that shaped him in the late 90s, but he’ll happily pull an Italo record or a Chicago jack track into the same night.
The Galician was at Red Bull Music Academy Cape Town in 2003, programmed Sónar Dôme for twelve years and built the Nave de Música at Matadero Madrid, which allowed him to work directly with his heroes Maurizio, DJ Harvey and Larry Heard.
Currently resident and programmer at Mondo Club in Vigo, just across the river. He will fit right in!
